Virtual Doula

A virtual doula provides provides education, reassuring support throughout the pregnancy, labor and birth as well as the postpartum period and comforting affirmations. The level of care is parallel in quality to that of traditional in person support, except services will be delivered virtually via a selected platform at time of initiation of services.
Our virtual doula services are unique to the need of the pregnant/birthing individual and partner, and may include but are not limited to:
Birth plan assistance
Preparation in communicating more effectively with your care provider
Work with you and partner to prepare in the area of relaxation and coping techniques for the big birthday
One-on-one education including private birth education as well additional educational resources
Unlimited virtual (phone, text, email) communication from initiation of contract
Virtual support once labor commences
Prenatal and Postpartum virtual visits
Lactation support and referral to additional resources if necessary
Investment: Packages starting at $1300 or a la carte services start at $50 per hour.
